R.D. Engineering College, Ghaziabad was established in 2006 by Rameshwar Dayal Educational Trust affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India. It is a self financed professional technical campus, which is located in scenic lush green eco-friendly surroundings and is spread over an area of 15 acres.   • To bridge the gap between the university curriculum & industry requirement, we provide free of cost, in house training programs by industry experts on technologies like ML, AI, Data Science, Java, DotNet, CRM, PHP, IOT, Python, Redhat Linux, Objective C/Swift, Java/Kotlin for Android, Hadoop/Bigdata, Auto CAD, Stadd-Pro, Prime-Vera, MS Project, Embedded Systems, PLC/SCADA, Industrial Automation, LTE, Robotics, MATLAB, CAD/CAM, Robotics, AutoCad, SolidWords, ANsys
  • Students are given regular soft skill training from 2nd year by specialized external PDP trainers. The emphasis in on Aptitude and Communication skills, written test, group discussion and personal interviews
  • The college has established an "Industrial Training and Corporate Resource Center" within the college campus in association with some of the leading companies across the globe
  • RDEC has a training center for SSB for selection in the armed forces - Army/Navy/IAF. RDEC is the only college to have an obstacle course meeting the standards laid by the Armed Forces, and is run by senior Air Force Officers who have themselves been members of the Service Selection Board for over a decade.

  • Association & Collaboration with IIT Madras, IIT Mumbai, University of Riverside, CA, USA

  • Our session starts in the first week of July, instead of last week of August. This gives the students two months advantage to bridge the gap between 10+2 and B.Tech
  • Students are graded every week on their performance. Additional classes are given free of cost in the evening to students who do not perform as per expectations.
